Who can apply
Ukrainian citizens who had UKR status on 4 June 2025, have it on the application date and have held it continuously for at least 365 days. Separate periods cannot be added together. Children born in Poland can apply if their mother already has a CUKR card.
How to apply
Only through the new MOS portal: you need a new account via login.gov.pl, a digital photo and proof of both payments. You sign with Profil Zaufany or an electronic signature. Paper and e-mail applications are not processed. Fingerprints are taken from the register, so you don't need to visit the office for them.
What changes after you get the card
UKR status ends on the day you collect the card, and the residence permit starts that day. Benefits tied to UKR status, such as free accommodation, also end. The card lets you work without a permit and run a business on the same terms as Polish citizens.
Don't be late
You must collect the card within 60 days of notification, otherwise it is cancelled and the 440 zł is not refunded. People who left Poland for more than 30 days after 5 March 2026 are not eligible.
How we help
We create your account in the new MOS, check your UKR status and PESEL data, prepare a photo in the right format, give you the details for both payments and check the application before you sign. If needed, we prepare applications for the whole family.
