Work residence permit in Wrocław

Working in Poland for more than 3 months and want to stay legally? We help you get a single permit for temporary residence and work — with an employment contract, a mandate contract (umowa zlecenie) or through a temporary work agency. The card is issued for the length of the contract, up to 3 years.

100 złcard fee
up to 3 yrscard validity
MOSonline filing only

Fees and deadlines from official sources as of October 2026. We check them again before filing.

Who the work permit is for

People who already work in Poland or have an offer from a Polish employer. An employment contract, a mandate contract and agency work all qualify. What matters is that the contract matches Annex 1 and the pay is at least the minimum wage.

How filing through MOS works

Since 27 April 2026 applications are filed online only, through the MOS portal. Your employer completes Annex 1 and signs it electronically. You sign the application with Profil Zaufany or an electronic signature. The office then calls you in for fingerprints. We prepare all of this and check that the data in the form and the contract match.

Changing employer during the case

It happens often. Depending on the stage, you may need a change of permit (220 zł fee) or a new application. We explain what to report to the Voivode and how to keep your case.

Why work with a case manager

Cases usually stall because of requests for missing documents: errors in Annex 1, a different job title or salary, no insurance. We check everything before filing, so the office receives a complete case.

Deadlines and legal stay

If you file on or before the last day of your legal stay, without formal defects, your stay remains legal until the decision. You can work on the terms stated in the application. If the office misses its deadline, we help with a ponaglenie.
