Ponaglenie — when the office delays
If the office exceeds its deadline, you can file a ponaglenie. It goes via the Voivode to the higher authority (Head of the Office for Foreigners, UdSC). We check the filing date and case status, prepare the grounds and follow up until a response.
Complaint to the court
If the ponaglenie doesn't help, the next step is a complaint about inaction or delay to the regional administrative court (WSA).
Appealing a refusal
You usually have 14 days from receiving the decision to appeal. The appeal is filed via the Voivode to the Head of UdSC. We analyse the reasons, assess your chances and prepare arguments. Calculate your deadline below.
Filing again
Sometimes it's faster to file a new application with the right documents. We'll tell you honestly which route is better.
How we handle stalled cases
First we check the case number, filing date, what the office has requested and the processing deadline. Then we prepare a ponaglenie with specific grounds and file it. If there's no answer, we prepare a complaint to the WSA.
Why refusals happen
Most often: data in the form and contract don't match, insufficient income, breaks in stay, an incomplete reply to a request. An appeal needs new evidence, not just arguments.
