Who can apply

The spouse and minor children of a foreigner living legally in Poland, and the spouse of a Polish citizen. The family member in Poland must have stable income, housing and insurance.

Documents from abroad

Marriage and birth certificates are filed with an apostille or consular legalisation and a sworn translation into Polish. We handle translations and apostilles.

A child born in Poland

Your child also needs legal status. We tell you which application to file and when, so there are no gaps.

Requirements for the family member in Poland

The person you join must live legally in Poland and have stable, regular income, housing and health insurance. The office checks that the income covers the whole family. We review the documents first and tell you if they're enough.

How filing works

The application is filed online through MOS, signed with Profil Zaufany or an electronic signature. A parent signs for children. After filing, the office calls you in for fingerprints (children under 6 are exempt).

Card validity

A family card is usually issued for no longer than the family member's card in Poland. We help you renew on time.
