The main requirement
The company must earn enough income to support you or employ at least two people. Alternatively, you need funds and real plans that will achieve this.
What the office checks
The CEIDG or KRS extract, financial statements, tax returns and no debts with ZUS or the tax office. We analyse this in advance and tell you honestly if you qualify.
If the figures are weak
Sometimes it's better to change the basis, for example to employment in your own company. We'll find the option with the best chance.
How filing works
The application is filed online through MOS, signed with Profil Zaufany or an electronic signature. We attach company documents, statements and certificates. You are then called in for fingerprints.
A new company
For a newly registered company, the office looks at start-up funds and the business plan. We help you write a plan with clear figures: revenue, costs, hiring.
Validity and renewal
The card is issued for up to 3 years. To renew, the company must keep meeting the requirements. We'll tell you which figures to maintain.
